Do I need to make an appointment online to be seen at the urgent care?

No. We do recommend however, signing in or making an appointment online as that will cut down on your wait time when you arrive. However, if you do not make an appointment online, simply walk into the clinic during normal business hours and register with our receptionist.

What type of medical care do you provide?

We primarily provide urgent care. For more details on what that means, please visit our services page. However, we do provide some primary care such as vaccines and check ups for school or work.

What ages do you treat?

Our staff is trained and has experience in treating all ages.

What makes you different than an ER?

We do not treat life threatening emergencies and we do not perform any operations. For any injury or illness that appears life threatening, please dial 911.

What will my visit cost?

Each visit and treatment is different so the cost may vary. However, do not forget to bring your insurance card and ID with you so that we can submit your information to your insurance provider. We accept most major insurances.

English is not primary language - will someone be able to help me understand what is going on at my visit?

Yes, members of our staff are bilingual and will be able to provide a translation service to you.
